My overdraft has grown over the months with charges + intrests only....i went to RBS last year asking for help with the charges (£70 +) a month. Their adive was.....allow the overdraft to hit its limit £4000 then the account will freeze + go to bad debt..or go bankcrupt?? so i took all my DD's out of the account and moved them, that was just after xmas but the bank now want to default on the account, as it £400 over the overdraft, but the cahrges still continue to apply!!! what can i do? i have already rang them and said i was willling to start to pay the overdraft off upto £40 a month if the charges stop, but they wont let me, as they say i cant afford their payment schedule of £80 a month for 6 months which will only pay off the £400 then it starts all over again!!!!!!! please help:-x
