i have sent off questionaire to local county court but unsure if another fee is payable.

claimed £1045 barclays offered £520 which was refused i am getting worried that i have done wrong thing but preparing to go to court,can anybody guide me.

recieved offer from barclays app 50% of claim rejected offer, dont know if i have done right thing. keep you informed,would like to know chances of winning or have i thrown money away,i was tempted.:?

i would like to say hello to all cag members,i have just sent the letter before action off to barclays,they have replied saying that it will be sorted out before the 28 days have expired.
