Re my post August 11th Not long after my post had a call from Nick apologising for delays and promising nano was fixed and was being returned FOC. So I said that seemed fair and might even warrant some positive feedback. Well here it is He is clearly a man of his word. My Nano arrived FOC on October 24th just about 3 months after it was sent. Yippee. Oh forgot to mention it still doesn't work!!! Same fault as it was sent away with! Can someone explain to me how this firm is making any money cos I have been in business for over 30 years and I cannot work it out. Nobody seems to get repairs carried out, most people seem to get their money back or job done for Free. Lets all send a note to Watchdog and see if they can send their motorcycle reporter on a mission to find out!

I sent my Nano back for repair (thought possibly battery) on 27th July. Have spent the last week trying to get a bill for repair and return of my goods as I go on holiday on 12th August and wanted to take it with me. Despite numerous phone calls ( promising a call back) numerous e-mails, numerous replies via their on line message service. Today (11th August) they told me they accept credit cards, cheques and bank payment (no mention of paypal-has their account been closed?) and then adding that they cannot take credit cards payments over the phone ( maybe that facility has been withdrawn too).however still not told me what they have done or propose to do or what the amount required is! My requests for a phone call to sort out everything merely got a reply ( eventually) via their message system, but not answer any of the above.. I run my own business and if I treated my customers like this it would not be long before I went out of business. If you are thinking of using this shambles of a Company based in Suffolk DON'T I feel for the Company in Kent but suggest they use this Forum to help serve people who want to deal with a professional Company not a bunch of incompetent and disorganized numbskull's (at the very least and maybe even worse).
