Dear All, I just realised that I've missed making payment for congestion charge by a day. Is there any means I can use to try and initiate payment and use that basis as ground to not receive a PCN? I've called the hotline and they said that there is nothing I can do but wait. Isn't that rirculous as I'm genuinely wanting to pay the charge but tfl is more interested in the fine!! Hi Otterby and Angelwhitea 1, I have also just received a PCN for entering that road. I have sent in my appeal in and will fight the rogues if I have to.
