yeah it is visible on street view but it's almost unnoticeable now due to wear and tear! lol. and just the white dotted line is ok is it? I mean no end markings? What things should I look for on the pcn?

street view covers it. 29 victoria gardens, neath, wales, uk is the address it shows. like I said just a small bay for 3 cars!

Hi I'm looking for some advice. The wife received a parking ticket for overstaying a 30 min restriction by 9mins! The actual bay is set off the road big enough for 3 cars and has the time restriction signs at each end! There doesn't appear to be any markings on the road though! Well at least when it's raining then they are barely noticeable! do they have to be clearly visible? Also do these lines have to turn towards the kerb at each end?? Does anyone think that she has grounds for appeal? Any help would be greatfully received as I don't really have the money spare to afford to pay this ticket! Thanks!!
