Hi, I am new here but just wanted to let you know I have also received the generic notice from Omega credit services. I was concerned about the notice and did actually phone them to refute the claim and sent them a copy of my payment receipt by e-mail as requested. The guy said he would contact his client and get back to me but I have heard nothing. I wish I had found this forum earlier as on reflection that was probably a mistake to do it by e-mail. I have however done a little digging on Omega and you can see the kind of company you are dealing with here by looking at the street view on Google maps of this guys address which can be seen below on his CCL licence.
