  3. Alright guys done a few searches and seems like im not the only person with this issue basicly i got a car a year ago on finance i was on the understanding that because i had a loan and not hire purchase i was free to do with the car what ever i wanted well since owning the car it has had 27 warranty claims in the space of a year thats including a new engine well the warranty has ran out now and i want to get rid of it due to lack of confidence. The thing is the car is showing up on the hpi register saying personal loan i thought if its a loan i can sell if i wanted to so i can purchase another vehicle but i will struggle to sell due to being on the hpi list and i wont be able to sell the car and pay the loan due to the amount of negative equity so was wondering what my options are i cant not pay the loan because it goes out on the day i get paid i would sell the car but im pretty sure that when the name is changed the finance company are notified any advice would be great thank you
