hi i was taken to court last year and a ccj was placed on me regarding the payments on this car the court lowered the monthly payments but now our circumstances have changed regarding our income i am disabled so i can no longer afford this car its a gas guzzler and we simply havnt the finances to keep paying for this can i hand this back after a ccj has been awarded on this vehicle
