just an update i have recieved my first letter demanding £100 pounds this letter has an actual address and phone number on !!! Do these people have a leg to stand on because they have got my address from somewhere ? !!

hi all thanks for yor advice after reading them all i have taken to the idea of ignoring them as i wasnt in the wrong and simply cant afford this ticket being a lone parent of 2 and unemployed (at the moment) so on with the fight and thanks again !! ps i will keep you all updated with wat happens next

hi i need some advice as to a parking ticket i have recieved off uk cps ltd i have never heard of this company and when i recieved this ticket i was parked on a retail park collecting my dog from the groomers i did park in a disabled bay as i have a bad leg (i am not a disabled badge holder ) and i was only going to be 5 mins. I was only 5 mins and came out to find this shabby looking ticket on my window which is for £100 reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days !! what shall i do do i pay it as dont know if legitimate company and it has no number to phone on the ticket . thanks:mad::-?
