Hello All, My aunt bought a motor-home. Several months later, she gets a letter from an insolvency trustee saying that the motor-home was bought off someone made bankrupt in July 2008. They demanded information from the sale, invoice, receipt, bank details etc of payment!! Can they ask for such information? I mean we're always supposed to be on our guard about giving out our bank details, let alone those of other people!! She's declined to give them details of her "private to her" transaction, but I'm worried about her attitude and if they start threatening her with court etc.. Thanks.
