Maroondevo52 can you look at my two posts on RBS becoming "inventive" with your documents... As per step 1 letter I have my CCA, yes prescribed terms are flawed... I suspected before did some research that it wasn't quite mine... then surreal found this thread and paul walton stuff... of course it could be a hyperative imagination failed memory of course.... not sure how to go about it the next step apart from prescribed terms of course... its rather fantasical... do you know when mint credit card actually launched as well...[launched autumn 2003 and definitely november 2003! and reply on that thread... thanks...

Can anyone tell me when the mint credit card was launched ie month date please as may jog my memory... initially i ignored letters offering a card... eventually I succumbed... the CCA application form supplied just doesn't seem right... I think I applied it was a different card not RBS advanta card with distinctive arrow on too...!!! I'm doing the three step process for unenforceability... thats no problem... sure not all prescribed terms, no repayment term, no reverse... terms and conditions not original...! Looking for an additional edge to push buttons... the recreated becoming inventive and media articles are very interesting...! Can RickyD help???

Hi, This is my suspicion (see previous post about signature) too on receiving an application form RBS advanta credit card in response to CCA request, default chase etc... What can you advise on this... I think the top and bottom of form and the card images ticked have been replaced and pasted with original..... also the terms and conditions I was sent originally were bland and were not RBS advanta with science looking guy image... it was just a hunch I had until reading this thread and paul walton article that bank had committed XYZ on me... cant believe it! I know that is not truly all mine... I have a creative deceptively legible handwriting but certain anomolies and its not obvious unless you compare genuine with an attempted copy... how do I phrase this added to my missing prescribed terms and lack of reverse info etc...????????
