Hello, I have just recieved the xbox 360 120gb second to latest model but I just found out that there is a new one released. I am currently on OPTIONAL SERVICE COVER and I just recieved a brand new xbox on 21st may 2010. They new xbox is released today 15th June in the UK. If brighthouse have the new xbox, is there anyway I can return my current xbox for the new one as I only had it for less than a month. I currently pay weekly and as I said before I have the service cover so would I be able to replace my current xbox for the new one as the prices in shops are the same (second to latest is £199 latest xbox would be also £199). Brightouse also states that 'If you return your product you can benefit from a restart voucher. (You can even restart your agreement up to 12 months later, and the payments you have made will still count against a product of similar age and specification)' and 'You can return your product for whatever reason, whenever you want, without penalty, with nothing more to pay'. This inevitably means that I can exchange it for the new one especially when I only had it less than a month and because the product is from the same brand and equal prices it should be OK. The xbox is from the Brighthouse store Thanks for all your help.
