Hi, Just a quick note to say that many of the collection companies work through Anonymous telephone systems and there is a service that you can get from BT which blocks all anonymous calls. I am also under the impression that a collection company is only allowed to call a maximum of twice a day about relivant matters otherwise it is classed as harrasment as they are persuing without intention.
