  1. hi have sent you email with summons. regards k
  2. it is not a [problem] invoice ive actually got a summons for court!
  3. i wonder if anyone could give me advice. i have a business next to a university car park which for two years was free to park. they then made it permit holder pay and display. when this was introduced i paid for tickets but recieved a CIVIL PENALTY NOTICE. i spoke to person in charge of estates to enquire about a permit as i give all staff and students 10% discount and also supply the university but was refused. there is a real lack of parking spaces in the area due to students leaving there cars but i need my car for work so i would leave it in the car park which would often be empty but still recieve tickets, sometimes two in one day. anyway i have amassed £1400in fines and having ignored all threatening letters etc i am now being taken to the small claims court. do you think i should pay or go to court. i would greatly appreciate any advice. thanks:confused:
