  1. Oh and also the lady said im looking at a 30% fine and overpayment. when is ur IUC?
  2. Hey not sure im much help but i had my IUC on tuesday. it wasnt too bad but dont let them 'bully' you into something they want you to say, the lady at mine kept trying to get me to say that i didnt let them know my partner had worked (for a month) because i knew i want entitled to the money but i honestly forgot! I have been suffering from PND and gave birth in the month i had forgotten to let them know. I went on my own because i felt i could explain why and i didnt have anything to hide. Sorry this is abit rushed if theres anything else i can think of that will help i shall be back online later and im sure loads more people will be happy to help you.
  3. Hi thanks for the replies. It when OK. I didnt say anything about PND but i did breakdown-the woman pushed and pushed me into trying to get me to say that i did it on purpose, well i didnt back down. In the end she told me that its most definately i'm looking at paying my overpayment and 30% of that too. Would have asked about my job but probably would have cried even more, i will have to go back to agree the fine so guess i should ask then? I feel so much better and even my 3 year old daughter has noticed she said to me 'mummy your not unhappy now?'
  4. My interview is at 5pm today :S I think wont bother saying anything about my PND its not like it will help and i dont want those idiots knowing my personal life. I am i the union at work but currently on maternity leave so not sure how to go about this? thank u for ure reply! They also tell me they never recieved my letter
  5. Thanks for replying so fast! Thats what i was hoping but they seem to want to dragg it on I only got about £160 p/m for 3 months so shouldnt be too much would it? Another problem is i work for dwp will they find out about this and sack me :S
  6. Come to think of it i didnt even inform them i had given birth to my son!
  7. Ok where do i start? I claimed housing benefit from october 2009 til Jan 2010. Had an interview under caution in april and have another today. Reason being is they say i failed to tell them about my partner working- he worked 2 days in October and the whole of november then nothing in dec. I wrote to them the begining of December to say that i had forgot to inform them of the work he had done in november (completely forgot about the 2 days in oct) I know its no excuse but i had alot going on in those months with finishing work for maternity leave, finding out my partner had cheated and giving birth in december. I just want this to end im suffering from post natal depression and havent slept for months (baby is sleeping through its just me lol) Does anyone now what will happen to me? Im scared to death.
