I too have had a run in with IQOR because of EBAY for £17.25. IQOR are, rude and obnoxious and must have trained their staff at rude school. Repeated telephone calls between 7-9 calls per day, each one i tried to explain that ebay had not resolved a dispute hence , the reason I had not paid the money. I asked them to refrain from calling me so much, and take me off their computer system, they refused. in the end I paid the £17.25 but now they are calling me for an extra £8.00 administration fee !!!! Please can everyone call trading standards and get an action listed against them ! I have done this and they are addressing the issue.
