Hi Craigbadger, Thanks for your answer. I think it is 22 days past. I have received 1 letter from them till now which it is about my entire bank statment in last 5 years.And it says if there are any question,please go my branch bank and talk with them. Hello Guys, I am really glad to see such a this kind of forum! Can anyone explain to me how I go about claiming back some charges I had been taken from my account by RETURNED DIRECT DEBIT please? I had four times charges with £20 each time from the last 3 months.They sent me letter to notice me that I have overdraft actions and it will charge.But I saw the overdraft was failed eventurely and it became to a returned direct debit and I did not know what it is.Till now it charged fees for £80 (four times) then I finally found out it has a charge.I feel mad that it was not a successful overdraft and they did not give any help but made these returned direct debit charges. I have my bank statments and overdraft notice letters from bank.But my english is not good,I do not know how to write the letter to claim my money back.Please give some help as you can.I am so mad at this and I give greatful thanks to you!
