I have just had a letter from Roxburghe Debt Collectors telling me to payup £141.12 otherwise they will involve their solicitors Graham White who will take legal action - Anyone else had a letter from Roxburghe??? As all the advice from you guys i will not pay and will ignore the letter but am looking for re-assurance that this is just excel putting pressure on to get me to pay up for a parking fine that is impossible due to me and my car being 217miles away. It turned out that they got my reg from the dvla with my address for about £20 -
  5. Hi all, it seems that i have 4 letters to go before it is all over....
  6. Well with the evidence i have the litigation manager will have no probs with banging them to rights....(maybe i should go into litigation law?) LOL
  7. Just thought i would update my fellow caggers... I have recived a "FINAL DEMAND NOTICE" from excel saying if i dont pay up they wil issue court proceedings. I will ignore this due to previous posts and will be impressed if it ends up in court they will be surprised when they have me and my car on cctv in kent and nowhere nere chorley or cum-hardy?? Excel are **** and companies like them need to be dealt with accordingly it is just a shame that the givernement and police do not care.
  8. I have already started a file specifically for them - i will not go quietly that is for sure.
  9. OK it seems i should Do Nothingwith this.. I appreciate all the help and if anything changes i will let you know. Thanx Guys.
  10. Thanx Michael - i will do nothing with them. However what happens if in the case i am actually taken to court by them. i am sure i can have my office as witnesses to me and my car being at work (i am well known to park badly at work) - have you heard off people going to court by Excel?
  11. Help Required, This morning i have recieved a rather official looking letter from excel parking telling me that they will start court proceedings if i do not paythem £100 for a parking fine in Chorlton, Sheffiled the PCN issue date was 20/04/2010. I do not wish to pay them...due to my car not being in 2 places at once. Please advise...any help is appreciated.
