MY DAUGHTER IS A LOW INCOME FAMILY she has two young boys and after 11 yrs her washing machine gave up she tried to sort out another one but couldnt afford so close to crimbo then she went to bright house omg they are making her pay £9.something a week and £4.60 is breakdown cover and they are making her take it saying the washing machine payments are over 3 yrs dont get me wrong but the first 12 months are already covered she just wants a quiet life im bouncing and intend to throw alsorts at them ie 28 day cooling of period get her to get her own breakdown cover from somewhere else any suggestions she went back to brighthouse yesterday and was told SHE HAS TO HAVE THIS BREAKDOWN COVER i can see that after a yr or two someone will be paying customers bk just like the banks ppi its the same thing robbery forced insurances

HELPPP i have got total product cover from comet but my grandson came to stay its the first time for him to stay and being young he used his potty at home he emptys it in toilet well in mine he went to carry it and spilt it over my laptop arrrrrrrrrrr its not his fault but am i covered and how do i explain that to comet have to tell the truth plz plz can someone helppppppppppppppppp
