I don't know if im allowed to talk about it, the letter states that the OFT used my evidence against them and that they are now appealing against it. The letter says the fCA's barristers will ask me questions and then their barrister will also. I assume the tribunal will be in London?

I have been asked to be a witness for FCA at the end of year or early 2015. Even though the prospect terrifies me, I still remember the distress I was caused. Has anyone else been a witness and can advise me please

Wow ..... had a good read, but im completely baffled now. Sorry to be a nuisance but ive got a query In the sar bundle i received from BC is a letter dated 17/08/2010 from BC saying the full outstanding balance is now due ( searched my rapidly growing folder but i never received this) but ive also received a letter from HFO Services dated 11/10/2010 saying it has been sold by BC to HFO capital and asking for about an extra grand, the charges cant have grown that quick surely So who do i owe money to??? BC or HFO yes i know, will send letter to BC asking for cca and a letter of assignment - right? I now know why BC answered my original letter to HFO for cca request, because they thought it was a sar request. Muppets. HFO have been sending my letters to BC, why? This is all making me ill again, not eating and sleeping properly. My works do tomorrow but i'll probably be thinking bout this all night again. Someone must be telling porkies , i think mmmmmm All these letters must be reconstituted (or whatever the word is) because all Mercers letters are on BC headed paper ok, any advice please???? Will look at unfair charges and ppi on this account soon

I noticed that DonkeyB, but all the copies of letters ive received today from BC , going back to August 1999,are printed BC stationery with the date 10/08 in the bottom right corner!!!! I didnt know Mercers had been involved (Are they another DCA?) Will send them the letter when ive had a good read through everything By the way, can I claim unfair charges and ppi on this??? Looking at this lot they would owe me a lot more than what I owe them, and can I claim charges and ppi from 1999?

Thankyou BA, there is a mention of HFO Services in the ream of computer printout, but i was looking for a letter addressed to me saying it had been sold to HFO, shouldnt there be a copy of that? And definately no cca. What letter do i (again) send to BC and what information do I need to ask for?

Hi Folks, Just received loads of stuff from BC - reams of computer printouts and lots of letters!!! What should i be looking for? No copy of cca and no mention of selling to HFO only the letter below of their intention to sell, but on the computer printout it does say collection agency name HFO Services but no date when? The last payment i made (according to the statements they sent me) was 2nd January 2007, the last default notice dated 5th January 2007. Any help will be much appreciated, will take months to read all this stuff lol!!

This letter from HFO today is, i assume, in response to the cpr letter i sent them on 3rd Nov. Thanks for pointing that out DB, all the letter headings are from HFO services but it does say its owned by HFO capital. Does this mean anything? Experian - who do i complain to and why? What is my next step with HFO? Thanks guys

Spoke too soon .... here is a copy of todays letter received from HFO. Also sent me another copy of my e-consumerview credit report, a copy of pre-approved application loan and a copy of the email BC sent to them (which must be the letter of assignment of debt mentioned in point 1 of todays letter) copy of this email is post 162 on here. Urgent advice please as theyre saying its going to their litigation department on 29th November.

Yes Donkey B, received this letter today from Barclaycard with pages and pages of statements and nothing else. Another letter needed i think, can someone tell me which letter template to send and which documents should i ask for in particular. Im still non the wiser as to if and when it was sold to HFO. Last payment i made was January 2007 Good news tho, ive not heard a peep from HFO yet.

yes ive got the postal order receipt, but theyre saying theyve got no record of it, only the SAR letter which theyre saying i should have sent to HFO. They will only accept a SAR from their agent (HFO) and not me, so I am right that BC should send me this information? Will resend SAR and another £10 postal order tomorrow, is that correct?? thanks

hi all just received this letter from barclaycard and when i phoned and explained they must have got £10 po because it was in the same letter they said they would only send me a SAR if their agents (HFO) ask them to. I told them they are the OC and I have a right to this information but they said no, only if HFO ask them to send it to me Any help please!!!

aye up me ducks Just letting you know that the SAR has been received by Barclaycard and the CPR request to HFO has been received and signed for by Roxburge. Lets see what happens next, will keep you informed and thanks for all the help everyone

sorry for the confusion everyone. I have typed the sars letter for barclaycard and the cpr letter to hfo. Do i need to send a £1 postal order for the cpr letter to hfo? Should i send both by recorded delivery? and i know i have to send £10 postal order for the sars to barclaycard
