hi dear i am really sorry for you, i really understand your problem because i am also in the same situation as u r, the DPD people collected laptop from my old address on 29th of march and i update my address with techguyes on 3rd of april by calling them. thay delivered the laptop after repair to my old address on 18th april , only thing differs from your case is that my laptop was returned from the old address stating that the person is no longer living at that address,i called techguyes on 25th april they told me that the delivery is been refused from the address then i explaind the situation to him then he said it will take around 4-5 working dayes to be redelivered but nothing is happened yet, i just called 3 times today but there is not any update in my issue. i am not understanding why they have delivered my laptop to the old address as i already changed and updated the address with the techguyes. i think now i have to raise the complaint by contacting the complaint numberof techguyes. is any thing else i can do in this matter.
