It is a letter to the tennant /occupier of her house stating that the claiment Citifinancial europe plc have been issued in leicester county court the hearing date is 9th june.. there is a story to this i will try to shorten it ..no papers have been recived by the court...

Its gonna go to court on the 9th june 2010 citifinancial gave my partner and her husband a loan . he has now died they wont wipe the debt as they ticked a box saying never been in hospital ..i have been told to ask the court to delete a charge from citi thats on her credit rating how do i do this

Hi guys my other half has got her self in a mess she and her ex husband had a loan on the house for 40000 (40k) her husband died and they now are trying to take her house of her the ombodsman ruled in favour of cti finance as they ticked a box saying never been in hospital .anyway they are forclosing on the debt i have been advised to send a letter to the court to delete the charge from her credit rating then she or we can get a new morgague and pay the old one off .so does anyone have any idea how to write a letter to the court asking this ..thanks in advance
