  1. Hi All I am in a situation that the school refuses to follow the complaints procedure which I have followed fully and still after 6 months and numerous formal requests for a meeting with the govenors this has still been refused. I found out who the chairperson of the governors was and seen her in a meeting. I approached her and made her aware of who I was and asked when he next governors meeting was. She refused to advise and then made allegations of being abusive and threatening and naming teachers to which I never did. The council who has refused to get involved has stated that they will take action against me because of this. I have advised all government departments continually and have had no real feed back or acceptance of the assaults on my son who has learning difficulties. He has had his hands stamped on,his head thrown and pushed into the school fencing and a large log swing swung into his face by other children.the school has been informed of who when and how and the staff seen it but they refuse to accept anything needs to be done. I have advised that if he is assaulted again I will be contacting the police to take action. i am now considering taking legal action to force the LEA or and school to be responsible for their legal obligations. Which court would I need to use to take this action ? This action would NOT be for any monitory value Any help would be grateful.
