  1. I've now recieved notification that my case will go to court on the 7th June & Optima will look for £1200 in costs as well. Any advice on my next move would be much appreciated. Cheers Guys ( & Gals).
  2. Sorry for the delay getting the info on here - all very stressed here & loss of internet for a week doesn't help. right I've recieved another copy of cc statements, papers & statements from Optima again, they have now sent me copies of all my statements, statements from the person who alleges she sent out my cca exactly 12 days + 2 after recieving my initial request last year & interestingly, a four page credit agreement ( unsigned), I have also received the same information from Northampton court today with a covering letter - copy attached. In optima's claim they quote a case " McGuffick v Royal Bank of Scotland" Really could do with a bit of guidance on my next step forward & an expert eye on the agreement - again attached - Thanks very much. My attachments are Jpegs hopefully that's ok.
  3. After wriiting to MBNA in April 2010 & requesting a copy of my CCA as per the templates on here, I followed it up with the default letter & throughout the last 10 months, I have continually replied to first MBNA, then Optima & then the Court claim stating my position. Finally at the start of February this year Optima contacted me again with threats of massive costs etc to be levied against me as a result of my case being "unwinable", in with their letter were copies of my statements & finally a copy of the CCA - which I'm not sure is enforceable. They claim to have sent this to me exactly 14 days after receiving my request, despite me informing them on several occassions that I had recieved nothing. I have had the usual barrage of calls & letters - my replies went largely ignored, they have continued to add interest & registered a default against me. My question is simple really, what should my next move be? Any help would be much appreciated
  4. Sorry to but in on this thread, but after taking your combined advice I contacted MBNA & Tesco and requested my credit agreement, MBNA have sent theirs - a photocopy that after re reading this thread I will be looking at & tescos have sent nothing except a red letter demand from a debt collection agency, my questions is, what should I do? is it best to ring the agency or is there follow up letter I should send both them & Tesco finance? THanks for the help, mod's please move this if it's in the wrong place.
