Hi everyone, I wonder isf someone can help I foolishly took out a loan with pounds till Payday and due to some fiancial problems I was unable to repay the direct debit so I cancelled it becuse I didn't want to get charged by my bank. They placed interest on it which I can understand but the problem I am having is with one of their 'so called' customer service people called Eionne Dunne who has called me at my place of work and my home and mobile demanding the moeny in full. I asked him not to phone at work which he said he would not and then he leaves messages. He called today and demanded a 'token payment' of £75.00 as he said he will not be able to hold it until the end of the month. I told if he has to send it to debt collection then do it. He wasn't a happy bunny when I said I didn't have any moeny to give him. Then he said he will call again next week just to see if the situation has changed I told him it wouldn't but I am worried that he might call my place of work again.Any help would be great as he was not very nice on the phone .
