cheers for that tanz i will have a look on monday. their server looks to be down at the moment.

nice one tanz, thats sort of what i had but your right about adding everything. will be sending that one soon. back on subject though. phoned BarclayC the other day about the letter. they said all the ussual stuff, but i want interested. told the lady that called that i wasnt interested in the delays they had caused and would complain to Information C if they werent in my hand i 3 days. she kept trying to justify their position but this was not of interest to me, and i told her so. long and short, if you call them and threaten them with the IC they will get your statements out. she tried to spin me the line about them informing the IC they were having problems, but i dont think this cuts much ice with the IC as a complaint is a complaint to them. am now going through the statements and its not as much as i thought. have also noticed lots of goodwill credits, do i need to take these of the total as they are bound to be the charges. thing is they would need to prove what the refund was for to use this against me. any advice would be cool.

just a thought, i need to use data protection to access my personal info form a previuos employer. anyone have any ideas how i would need to change the subject access request? im going to give it a go myself but any ideas (or even better, links would be much appreciated).

recieved a letter today saying they are sorry but my statements wont be arriving in time. they blame sheer numbers for this. well wouldnt it have been better to send them the first time i asked???? guess i hve to look to see how to report them, even though they say they have contacted the information commisioner to explain the delay. they spend years denying us our statements then they cant cope when they are forced to release them. do they care about the problems they have caused us by their actions? well no obviously, but they expect us to bear with them during the problems they are experiencing (hmmm i think NOT).

phoned them the other day and all of a sudden they have received it. pointed out it was as good as 40 days so they may wish to hurry up. fingers crossed they will arrive soon. cheers for the advice tanzarelli

have just found out i sent mt SAR to the wrong address and barclaycard dont have it. great. i used the radbroke hall address which apparently wont work. the barclaycard person on the phone gave me a po box number to send it too but am going to use Data Protection Team Department LRC Barclaycard Northampton NN475G instead. if anyone knows better about the radbroke hall address please let me know.

damn i was planning on them doing it before i had to do te bundle. i get the idea of what i need to send (bundle, letters, spreadsheet, statements) but how do we need to justify the information we are sending in? im guessing an index of documents isnt all we send. -

what are you using from the court bundle? do we just send in everything in the bundle in the library? or is it in need of thinning down to relevant bits n pieces. must be said im really hoping they just cave as quick as possible. mines only 900 quid so doesnt seem worth the trouble (for them obviously). at least we have court dates before crimbo, should be cashed in in time to use it to buy presents. -

blimey. thats a lot more time than i got. did they give you my extra 45 minutes? as for the court, mine is brighton. handy really as its about 100 yards round the corner from me. did the letter say anything about sending documents? mine mentions nothing about this, and i didnt send anything in with the AQ, just filled it in and posted it. did you send in all the info with your AQ? -

at last i have recieved a court date. its on the 13th of december at 10.00. thing is there is nothing in the info about sending the info im going to relly on in court. do i just piece it together and send it to barclays legal crew and the court? also they have only allocated 15 minutes for the hearing, is this normal? -

well that was a short lived bit of glory. the tossers have now filled a defence (ON THE 23/08.06 SO IT SAYS. this would mean they defended on the day i issued the claim) there is no way this could be the case as there was nothing showing last night when i looked. have just spoken to a fully condecending customer service rep (not at all helpfull and unbelievably rude) who was no help at all and just said its done now tough, their defence arrived this morning. great start to my day, i dont think!!!! -
