Hi, Newbie to the consumer forum, and forums in general so please bear with me. I have had a secured loan with Endeavour since 2004, on my last part year statement they advised of an interest charge of £13K which was to be applied to my loan for the proceeding 6 month period. Understandably; I also though this quite incredulous and upon query I was advised that although the interest part of the repayments had been calculated it had not been applied to my monthly repayments. This has apparently being happening since 2005 and their new system has only just picked this up. Not satisfied with this response and having checked back on my old statments which confirm interest as having been paid, I have requested a full investigation as I am not satisfied with the explanation being provided. Has anyone else come across this problem?
