  1. Don't think this avenue would be fruitful as when I spoke to the guy he said "sue me, you won't get anything". So just want to know how to enforce the legal title being mine and have the entry with experian deleted so it can be sold on without them notified.
  2. could really do with some advice on how to proceed and so that the legal title is mine and that if i wish to sell the car in future, it can happen unhindered. Thanks
  3. Looking for some help please. Last year I purchased a vehicle from a dealer (no longer trading) that it has turned out has outstanding finance on it. Have contacted the finance company and they have basically said they want the car back or money paid. After doing a bit of digging online have come across the information that if the consumer buys the vehicle in good faith and it later turns out to have finance outstanding then title reverts to them. I have made the finance company aware of this, however they have added it to Experian high risk data record. Can anyone advise myself on what steps to take now please.
  4. Looking for a bit help, have an ongoing complaint with Yellow pages for advertising I took out for my business which was incorrect and seem to be getting nowhere. Had the documentation they hold on file emailed, this being a signed order form, 1 out of 5 ad content forms and the CCA. Which is signed by myself, not dated and the section to be signed on behalf of Yell is unsigned and undated. Will this make the agreement unenforceble? Any help greatly appreciated as getting nowhere with my complaints to Yell and seem to keep receiving constant letters from RSM tenon dispite informing them the account is in dispute. Had what was mae out to be a default notice, but checked my credit file and it's not on there and now letters about insolvency papers being drawn up.
  5. The loss of earnings is the biggest head of claim, which the the trustee is apparently entitled to claim. It also totals in excess of the total potential liabilities and fees etc.
