hi I have Bailiffs looking through my sheds and leaving my gate open then coming back and shouting from the middle of the street they will come through the window if the door is not opened but they have no levy on goods this time can they still use the levy from a different bill or do they need to do another levy. What makes it worse is i am disabled receiving DLA and cares allowance.

all we have on the second order is that someone came out and left my dad a removal notice which may i add was to the total cost for the unpaid council tax 1.748.53 that amount was including the money owed on the first order and the man said the levy was current for both that is when i laughed and no i did not let him in got him on door step lol thankfully i had been told not to let him in from the first order

iq have read the bit about the enforcement fee and it says an The charging of an “enforcement fee” is becoming routine and is of great concern as there is no provision for such a fee in the statutory fee scale, and in reality, it is really an “attending to remove” fee which cannot be charged unless a prior levy has been made on goods. but they have made the levy on goods on the 7th feb
