Hi my partner today has a letter from dwp wanting him to attend a interview as they say he may have committed a ciminal offence in relation to a previous benefit claim,( he is no longer on benefits) he has been of benefits for the past 6 months plus and now recieve this letter, im worried sick. can anyone give any advice, why leave it this long?
