hi all claim no. 6QZ73116 ipswich county court friday 2 feb 10am court to consider 1staying the claim pending the decision in a test case involving the defendant or 2 giving directions for this claim to be heard as a test case and if neccesary allocating the claim to the multi track for that purpose not less tha 14 days before the allocation hearing the defendant shall file with the court and serve upon the claimant details of any cases proceeding as a test case, the decision in which will determine the issues in this claim.Alternatively, the defendant shall file with the court and serve upon the claimant draft directions for this case to proceed as a test case the claimant may make any representations to the court in writing and served on the defendant not less than 5 days before the allocation hearing.If either party is prepared to abide by the decision of the judge as to the directions to be given that party is excused from attending the preliminary hearing. So far all i have got from LTSB is the finger and various reasons why they wont bother and dont care about the court Did get a verbal agreement over phone to settle in full which was retracted 4 days later saying they never even spoke to me and the name i gave dont even work there! they like giving out false names! do i go to the court ?? what should i do now?? hope someone can help as this has been hanging around since June getting sweaty and panicking cheers

hi from another newcomer Im madamcox and have meticulously followed all the processes and lines as shown throughout this group and have found everything very helpful. sorry to reply this way but i have just had my AQ and a demand for another £100 from my local court...i thought i paid £120 fees already!!! need someone to help me with the very weird defence that ltsb have come up with...seems that their ¬solicitors¬ dont have access to any of the information or previous letters sent to the bank....hmmmmm. Hope someone can contact me to review their `defence ` as i cant make out what to do next and i only have 14 days to do something cheers, madamcox
