hi i recieved the cca to day but cont know if all the figures are correct or add up should i say i will post the cca on here tomorrow for some one to help me with this

the property has never been in joint names my husband took out the loanand welscum said he wouldnt get the loan with out me signing we explained i was not a joint owner of the property and they said it didnt matter on recieving the paperwork on the subject access request this present loan we just got copies of cheques which were suppossedly sent out and cancelled as they say we took out the loan in july 07 but didnt actually recieve the cheques till sept 07 and because of this the local muppet office are saying my husband is in arrears also in the subject access request paperwork i had a statement but that is all and it was all in my name and my name alone they have failed to send a cca and i noticed in the subject access request on a previous loan we had with them there was a legal charge document for a previous loan which was all paid off this was legal as it had been signedby my self my husband and we had a witness sign it but for this present loan we have nothing thanks major player jo

hi my husband contacted the land registry to see what charge welscum have got on the property and they have a full charge they are sending the details to us. my husband is the registered owner of the property it is nothing to do with me. if im not on the mortgage how can i be a joint owner?
