  1. i brought a decktop laptop from pc world which is having constant driver errors.i took it bk after 28 days and they wasnt very helpfull they just gave me the number for packard bell.The tech guy from packard bell came and showed me errors with windows files that were installed 4 months prior to me purchasing the computer.He then said he would send me a disc that would fix the problem and the disc would come within 14 days.That was a month and half ago :S.After ringing packard bell to ask where the hell my disc was they state they aint got one and will send one when there back in stock.He also said that what the tech guy said about the files be currupt befor i brought it was also rubbish (even tho he showed me install date). Its been 4 month since i brought it and its basicaly unusable for the perpose i brought it for. Are pc world reliable to replace my pc as nither pc world or packard bell are in much of a hurry to fix it and to be honest is pretty ****ed of now please help
