i have been a customer for over 5 years now and never had a problem until this winter i work in construction so was unable to work due to the severe weather . then the problems arose after Xmas i was unable to pay for three weeks, after a bit of standing up to them they agreed to "bridge" my account i still don't know what that means. then last week i got paid off ,calamity, i spoke to my car company who had no problems deferring my payments for 2 months till i get sorted .then i approached bright house wow they were like shall i say not very understanding they wanted cash immediately or return the goods for a return and hold now i am a good customer but also a big customer of there's i have 9 separate agreements totalling £62 a week my problem is if i give the items back there is no guarantee i will get the same items back when i able to resume my payments everything i have is over half paid my tv only 12 weeks to go and having paid approx 1300 so far to it they will have to prise it from my dead fingers . i have spoken to the manager at the store and they intimated that was the only avenue open to me i only want a little leeway till i get sorted is that to much to ask .anyone any ideas
