hi claiming from yorkshire bank, have recd my statments but not sure what i can claim back can anybody help, had overdraft with bank and on statements are listed. 1.unauth o/d fee 2.unpaid dd charge 3.charges 4.debit interest can i claim all these back -
hi can anyone help. i've got my court date through, its the 21 dec. the letter from court says i've got to file and serve my claim, what does this mean.i have looked on all the threads and noone seams to have got this far

Lloyds TSB Allocation Questionnaire - need advice please

hi macdond,they put in a defence right at the last minute, which was 28 days after acknowledgement. then you get a letter from court with a allocation questionaire which you have to fill in & send a cheque for £100. Lloyds do the same. It takes Lloyds ages though. you get a copy of lloyds. This takes about 3 weeks. I've just sent them a settlement figure & i shall wait for a reply. -

hi i had the same letter too. i've just rang them today, and they basically said if i want to settle out of court i have to write to them with a settlement figure and they'll get back to me -

hi guys, just posted them a letter back, saying i was going to accept this as a first instalment, and want a full refund credited into my account in 10 working days, or i will start court proccedings

after posting my letter of action & spreadsheets to hsbc, i've just recieved a reply. they've offered me 3/4 of what i'm asking for. what do i do? a, take the offer, or b,hold out & take them to court
