Hi everyone! I have just signed up to CAG especially for this thread! I have been paying CRS for nearly 3 years! After reading this thread today I rang them and asked for a breakdown of the money I originally owed them, it went like this... £418.15 owed: £270 owed for defaulted gym membership £40 charge from Harlands for debt recovery £108 charge from CRS I currently have £86 left to pay and I have told them I will not be paying another penny to them. The man I spoke to was so RUDE! He kept interrupting me and didn't want to let me speak. I told him to button it! I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager! I have now cancelled my direct debit with my bank and will be writing one of your excellent letters tonight to tell them the account is to be closed with immediate effect!
