Hi all. Just received a letter from Barclays offering £650 the total i want back is £2180 so i'm not willing to accept. I've been looking through the other posts etc and it seems like my response should be to accept this whilst still pursuing the rest? Is that right?? I don't want to reject it if thats going to go against me in court! Thanks!

Hi all! Its really interesting to read all of your entries! I've recently sent my letter asking for £2400 back from Barclays and have received a standard letter promising a response by 27th June! From your entries it looks like they'll say they're defending but hey, ho - i'm going to go for it! Members of my family have had their charges refunded 100% by HSBC and capital one, so Barclays can only follow suit with a bit of pressure!!! I'll keep you updated!
