yes i see what you mean, i was more interested if people thought it may have stood considering the weather conditions and the inability to see any marked bays

have read this thread with great interest, i received a ticket from ecp whilst parked in toys r us car park in norwich, the ticket stated not in marked bay, it was on sunday 2nd of january 2010 there was an inch of snow on the ground it was busy and as a car pulled away from the end of a row i moved and parked in the space he left, i spoke to the store manager stating how was i meant to 'see the bay' when it was covered with snow, but was told it was not his concern. initially i was going to appeal but having read your suggestions i am inclined to ignore it completely, would my appeal on the grounds you couldnt see the markings be upheld

hello all, could i just say well done to everybody who is prepared to take on the big boys. i applied for my statements in feb/mar this year, sent £10 postal order never received anything back, sent second duplicate letter but omitted the £10 saying as i had already paid for service then i would not be paying again, still nothing...... .... today i was in my loft and found a box of old paper work, result, bank statements going back to jan 2000. this afternoon i have calculated £1007 in charges or £1324 if i add the interest. my question is this,these amounts are for two accounts do i send two seperate letters or just one letter with both account numbers on them.

hello everyone, looking forward to this, about time people started getting their own back on the bullying world of banks. i started my claim back on the 6th feb this year by sending a letter requesting 6 years of statements from ltsb. i posted this recorded delivery to penny berryman data protection dept. ltsb chiswell st london. it was signed for on the 13th feb according to royal mail track and trace. .... .... .... nothing, so today 26th april 07 i search the net and rang penny berryman directly, i was informed about the unit set up at swallow house birmingham and that all mail was being redirected their, how do i go to the next step of contacting the copy statement unit to find out where my letter and payment has gone, is their a number i can ring .
