I originally filled out my application with FSCS in June 09 but nothing could happen until july when Picture were declared defaulted So July 09 - Jan 10 so all in all 7 months I hope this helps From the time it was passed to Deloitte it took 3 months

Hi just to let everyone know i was around 350 in the queue for refunds with FSCS rang them today and they said a refund had been processed and would be with me within 10 days for £4318.17 Yipee! paid the loan off from Picture 6 months ago so all mine new handbag new shoes!!!! :):)

I put in a claim fro FSCS against Picture 6 months ago FSCS passed it to Deloitte who have since said they have passed it back to FSCS to check and will write to me within the next week as to the outcome. Its been just nearly 2 weeks now no letter ive rung them but they said they will look into it. Does this mean i have won money back or not? is anyone else in this same situation, or have they have had a refund? Any info would be of help as im getting worried now
