Hi Yes it's a cash deal. Looks as if i'm stuffed then. Only way out would be the standard Citroen dealers 30 day exchange plan for another car on his forecourt Thanks -

Hi I signed the standard dealer order form agreeing to purchase the vehicle, showing the deposit p/x details and balance required Cheers -
Hi Last Saturday I did a deal at my local Citroen dealer to exchange my 56 plate Mondeo for an 08 plate Xsara Picasso. I left a £250 deposit on the Picasso and am due to exchange on Feb 1st. I have since changed my mind. Can I legally back out of the deal. I am prepared to forfeit my deposit. Cheers, Dave:confused:
