  4. The staff of Abbey is working in very unprofessional way. First, when we asked their name, they refuse to tell, do not know why they fear us. Second, they confirmed to get our fax with details, how many pages, to whom, and then next day they denied and ask us to resend it. Third, they are always want to hang on the phone, very unpolite Fouth, we asked the same question 3-5 times, they refuse to answer, what are they going to hide, they are like a thief. Fifth, there is no business manager in the branch, no one can answer your question. just ask you to call them Sixth, the customer service always transfer you to the wrong department, and even themselves could not find the person they want to reach. and many more, Now I know why this shabby bank nearly got bankrupt. I think their Zero account means they will 'zero' your money.

I am a business bank holder of Abbey, we got several fraud payment via UK fast payment, fund has been cleared many days, suddenly one day, Abbey blocked our account after they got complaints, and then without our permit, even after we provided eveything to prove our completed order details, they sent the fund back. From I know, all fast payments are final, no way to charge back, I have contacted a solocitor to sue Abbey. I hope anyone can give me some advice, thanks. Also I hope all of you leave Abbey as far as possible, because they treat their customers very bad.
