Latest news had 2 [problem] letters from Graham White solicitors over 3 weeks and they have even telephoned me this afternoon I hung up very cheeky...

any news on these debt collectors? i have also received a letter and just wondering if anything what they will do i am also very bored with this

update i have now received a letter saying they have handed my information over to a debt collector and a solicitor. they have given me 7 days and another Chance to pay the fee of £141.00 i received the letter already past the 7 day post date

It’s very good news for me I had no intention of paying any fees As for who was begging it’s been going on since December 2009 and I forgot Don’t give them the time and just forget these threats

I received my forth begging letter today demanding the £100.00 over parking fee... ... The final warning letter (or so they say) before I go to court... The 3rd letter was the final letter (or so I thought) before I was supposed to go to court... They threaten me with £50.00 solicitor fees £30.00 court costs Bring it on…cant wait..

Hi all I received a parking charge notice today/12/01/2010 issue date 06/01/2010 from excel parking for the sum of £60.00 .They say I parked in a controlled parking zone on the 10/12/2009 for 13 minutes extra, when I was probably stuck in traffic trying to get out. And leave the car park.They sent a photo of car showing my registration number, no other cars in the photo no cars in front or behind. I know when entered and exit that car park it was bumper to bumper. No parking ticket was issued no parking attendant was seen, it was a free parking period of 3 hours So they want £60.00 for 13 minuets extra Code 80 for longer than the maximum period permitted How do I fair with this parking issue
