Thank you. I actually got my partner to read your post and he's finally gonna do something about it.

I'm new to all this so bare with me whilst I try and figure it all out. I've been reading through previous threads about this guy and am a little confused by what they are doing. My partners problem is to do with them (I'm doing this on behalf of him because he doesn't like sitting through these things reading for hours) but quite different to other from what I can see. He has a debt with Capital One via a credit card which he hasn't heard from in months via phone or letter, but then for the past 4 months around about £28 has been disappearing from his bank account and showing up as Bryan Carter/Fredrickson Intl but he has not been contacted by them about the debt. My partner has been trying to cancel the debt through the bank he is with because neither he or Abbey didn't know who they were and it just keeps appearing again every month. We are confused on how they got the bank details because he has never given his bank details to Captial One. Today is the first time we found out what Bryan Carter/Fredrickson Intl is. Does anyone know what we can do about this. Any help would be very gratefully appreciated. Thank you
