  1. Hi Have had an ongoing dispute with Ashbourne for two months now. Very poor facility and service and as such am trying to get deposit back as well as membership cancelled under section 5 of their terms and conditions. They are an awful company to deal with and as such I have copied all of my correspondence with them to both the Sunday Times troubleshooter and BBC watchdog. Should I not receive a satisfactory reply to today's letter then I will be going to trading standards as well. I will keep everyone posted on my progress.
