  1. I will let my company know, but I won't give them any of my contact details. I will ask them to contact the letting agency as far as I will treat this matter as closed.
  2. Been speaking to my letting agent and they said to write UKCPS telling them that I will not be paying the 'car parking charge' and have a photocopy of my parking permit. Hi folks, Been thinking about it I will also let my company know as my car is a company car. I don't know how to word my letter, don't want to be too aggressive but I would also like to be firm.
  3. Thanks for your all your advice, I will speak to my letting agent later for their advice, I have a friend who's a solicitor so I will ask him where I stand legally. I have noticed that there's are a few spaces that have a yellow triangle blocking off access to the parking bays (see picture attached), I would like to to speak to the person who owns the space and whats happening (UKCPS have blocked this parking bay). Has anyone come across bays being blocked? Legally can they do it?
  4. Kiptower thanks for that. Asked the Concierge about this, he said theres nothing he can do. I will have to ask the letting agent, I will fight this, its totally out of order. The more I read into it's becoming apparant that patrolling parking spaces is a way of making serious money, my girlfriend got a "fine" and she paid £60 without questioning it(this was also in Leeds but a different carpark.
  5. Hi folks, Spent some time reading the threads & replies, made some interesting reading. Now I'm slightly different with the whole parking fines, I have an apartment with a carpark space which UKCPS patrol. I am supposed to display a badge on my car, normally the badge is on the windscreen but it fell off(signs inform when entering the parking area that badges must be displayed). I've been hit with £70 fine, my letting agents are closed for the Christmas holidays so I can't ask their advice.I would rather not contact UKCPS. Has anyone had this happen to them? Its my space and I parked in it but as their is no badge I got fine Please help.
