i left my car at a friends house to keep safe until i was unable to gather up imformation to take them to court. they went to her house and took the vehical without showing and papers or court order. they just told her that they have been watching the car for 5 months and now their taking it. when she called the police they said that they were informed that vehical was going to be collected and as its a civil matter there is nothing they can do..with no court order i dont see how they can do that. there was also a time when LBL accused me of non payment when the bank can confirm that my payments have been made but LBL insisted that the payments is'nt showing on there system. beleive it or not i didn't know i would repay 4,345 for a 1600 loan until i recieved my first LBL statement
