Letter on my desk when i got to the office, from hjs recovery 023 8023 4222 southline communications ltd are in insolvency and have stopped trading anyone with any claim on this companies money after every thing has been sold need to put it in writing before noon on the 22nd december 2009 and sent to hjs recovery 12 -14 calton place, southampton so15 2ea recorded post then a meeting is to be held on 23rd december 2009 at the jurys inn hotel, charlotte place, southampton so14 0tb at 11am my questions are this company on companys house is domant as of 02/06/09 how can a domant company go into liquidation ? and was anyone of you guy contacted before this date from someone stating southline communications? is this frauld? and finally what can we do about our money if this company goes to the wall? the company is own by a holding company watch out for another communication company poping up from them? lastly does anyone know the name of the director?

Hi Guys I run an electrical contracting company in london I was also cold called out of the blue the deal sounded good so i signed up, got my new phones ok, and every thing looked in order. Ported my old numbers over to 3uk, then my bill from t-mobile was £900 so I paid that with a gulp and now I have called southline a few times sent all the bills and faxes as aked to but no responce, I have just done a companies house search and southline communictions ltd are a domant company I have also tried their number today and their mail box is full, they did ask me to invoice them a few weeks ago, can every one on this page contact trading standard at southampton as a unified group we may be able to do something trading.standards@southampton.gov.uk
