My GF got a ticket while at work, and paid it pretty much immediately. After looking around on the forum, I've seen the ticket does not state 'Date of issue' on the main body, instead it says 'Served on'. If so, where do I start, as I've never done this before!

Bought a set of second hand ZS headlights from a company in cannock called 'mgforyou', as i was told id need new headlights for the MOT, (the tester adjusted the as much as possible and wouldnt all in the requirements). Now, the MOT has passed with the original headlights, so I rang the mgforyou chap and hes saying he wont give a refund, i only bought them yesterday! Can I fight it? or should i just accept the loss? Just need some sound advice thanks
