I am also having problems but am getting it investigated, in 08 the law changed for contracts sold in the home, the cooling off period is 7 days not 14/21 etc, look carefully on paperwork left, mine stated agreement can be cancelled within 5 days of receiving 2nd copy of credit agreement! mine hasn't appeared yet (12mths).
