  2. kzf.kfa or whoever you are. i am not going to reply to each and every message you have left here but i will say you have been reported to the site administrator for site abuse and you clearly are demented.i am also not going to reply to any more threads you may actually leave in retaliation.
  3. 28/03/07 !!!!! Hi all, progress report here! I reported Nationwide to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) 2 weeks ago who said they had contacted Nationwide who would investigate my complaint and contact me. I have had a letter from Nationwide today stating: "you told us you didnt believe we should have debited the charges to your account,so you have asked us that these be refunded, even though you agreed to the t&c applicable to the account when you first opened it. Im sorry your unhappy about the charges that were levied and i understand these are now in the process of
  4. HI. i filed for charges plus interest (£900+) at my local court as Nationwide completely IGNORED all my letters etc. I have had confirmation that they have filed an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of SERVICE and have stated they intend to defend ALL OF THE CLAIM. They now have 28 days to file a defence. What do I need to do to start preparing for this? Any help and advice much appreciated. (hopefully they may settle before and so far they have kept my account open.) Thanks
  5. Hi, im going to run the other thread as it is more to the point now. as it's been 'handed back' to natwest. PLEASE advise me on there what to do about / if i should help NATWEST? thanks
  6. Hi all. for those who are having dealing with Moorcroft: I have the SAME PERSON dealing with MARSHALL WARD and LITTLEWOODS. a Mrs K Dyke. Both letters were sent indentical and both returned my £1. PO. Seems like Moorcroft are getting a bit fed up with us....... here's to seeing what the catalogues come back with as i have not heard who is dealing with me now Moorcroft has handed the account back and they are BOTH now CLOSED with them!
  7. HI. i have another thread under this which i have attached some of the same info in this thread. Rockwell Debt Collectors acting for Natwest. they are chasing an old loan debt dating back 5 odd years. i sent Rockwell £1 PO etc for copy of agreement. ROCKWELL replied: ( i received on 13 March) we write in response to your letter dated 26 Feb. we can confirm that we have referred this matter to NATWEST and look forward to their speedy reply. we will certainly forward you a copy of your credit agreement once this has been received. we would also draw your attention to the enclosed
  8. just an UPDATE 15 March: MORRCROFT / MARSHALL WARD: i'm still counting the days down........# (i too have had Moorcroft return my PO and have said they have handed my debt back to Argos - havent even started my thread on that yet!)
  9. HI Pam. I dont know how long ago, i am sending for an up-to-date credit file on myself today. will let you know, THANKS
  10. UPDATE 15 MARCH I have now had a letter from NATWEST stating that they have received my request from ROCKWELL for my credit agreement. they require ME to provide NATWEST with my original account number with NATWEST! 1.surely ROCKWELL should have this as they were chasing my debt. 2.surely it is ROCKWELL / NATWEST responsibility to provide this? any advice.......THANKS
  11. thanks for that Pam. It was a mind-field to ploug through, however, i have gathered there are a number of things missing from the agreement: 1.the Postal address of Capitol 1 2.Details of default charges. 3.any credit limit value and APR % do i need to write to RED agency who is dealing with the debt to tell them or do i just leave it? i do have a ccj on my file relating to this debt from a few years ago so the ultimate aim is to remove this completely along with the debt. many thanks
  12. UPDATE AS OF 13 MARCH i have had a letter from ROCKWELL stating: we write in response to your letter dated 26 Feb. we can confirm that we have referred this matter to NATWEST and look forward to their speedy reply. we will certainly forward you a copy of your credit agreement once this has been received. we would also draw your attention to the enclosed copy of the recorded delivery envelope.it clearly shows this letter being processed on 5 March, and can confirm it was received by us on 7 Mar,. we therefore have 12 days from 7 Mar. we will ensure we have replied by 19 Mar.
  13. RED replied today with my signed COPY of the agreement .... BUMMER!!! (i was starting to get excited!) im now off to start the process from scratch with capitol one to reduce the charges.
  14. just an update...... i received the court forms back today: NOTICE OF ISSUE Nationwide has until 28th March to reply ..... i will let you all know janine x
